Policy and Procedures
The clinics will provide health and beauty therapies in a professional and compassionate manner. All client information will be confidential and safely stored, and privacy outside the clinic for both client and therapist respected.
Rosebud / Dromana Hands on Health is not a drop in centre. Clients are welcomed in the clinic for 10 minutes before their appointment for a cuppa and chat, and 10 minutes after for making the next appointment and settling their account.
It is essential for staff and clients to be time-wise. Going overtime for 5 minutes soon adds up to an entire allotted appointment time.
We ask that all mobile phone calls be taken outside as a courtesy to both clients and staff.
